Inventory may come from overstock, closeouts, shelf pulls, customer returns and other liquidation channels. The condition shown on each listing applies to that specific item.

What does open box mean?

The original packaging has been opened or may show wear. The item may be unused or lightly handled; read the listing notes for testing details, missing accessories or cosmetic issues.

Are the photos of the actual item?

Product listings are intended to show and describe the exact item offered. Review every photo and ask before buying if a detail is unclear.

Can I pick up my order?

Eligible ZIP codes are offered free local pickup during checkout. Wait for the ready-for-pickup email before visiting the Franklinville location.

Do you ship?

Yes. Products marked as shippable can be sent within the United States. The checkout calculates the rate for the destination and package.

Why did an item disappear so quickly?

Many products are one of a kind. Checkout reserves an available item while payment is completed, and sold items cannot be purchased again.

How do I pay?

Online payments are completed through secure Stripe checkout. The final amount is shown before payment.
