Ask about anything that is unclear. For one-of-a-kind items, the photos and condition notes describe the exact unit being sold.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect
Email orders@parksquaredeals.com promptly with the order number and clear photos of the product, packaging and shipping label. Keep all packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Return requests
Contact us before sending anything back. Return eligibility and the available resolution depend on the listing condition, the reason for the request and the state of the item. Unauthorized shipments may not be accepted.
