ParkSquareDeals and Park Square Market use information you provide to operate the storefront, fulfill orders, manage our own social-media presence, provide customer support and protect transactions.
Information used for orders
This can include your email, name, delivery or pickup selection, shipping address, order contents and order status. Payment details are collected and processed through Stripe; ParkSquareDeals does not store full card numbers.
Facebook and Meta integration
Our private business integration is used to manage only the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and advertising accounts that Park Square Market owns or is authorized to manage. The integration may process Page and account identifiers, post text and images, publishing times, campaign settings and advertising performance metrics. We do not sell this information or use it to manage another business's accounts.
Accounts and service providers
Account and storefront data may be processed by service providers used to host the site, manage the database, send transactional email, calculate shipping, process payments and provide the Meta integration. Information is used only as needed to provide those services, protect the business and meet legal obligations. Access credentials are restricted to authorized business administrators and are not displayed publicly.
Analytics
The site may use basic analytics when configured to understand page visits, product interest, cart activity and completed purchases. Browser settings and supported privacy tools can be used to limit analytics collection.
Deletion and access requests
You can revoke a Facebook connection in Facebook's Business Integrations settings. You may also request access to or deletion of information associated with our integration by following our data-deletion instructions. We may retain records when required for legal, fraud-prevention or transaction-security purposes.
